Frequently Asked Questions

Each meal comes with soup, salad, sauces, mixed vegetables, fried or white rice with your choice of the following meats: chicken, steak, shrimp, lobster, scallops, salmon, & teriyaki tofu.

Food will be served family style in provided dishes for intimate dinners. You will need plates, bowls & utensils.

You provide the decorations, cups, plates, napkins, silverware, tables, chairs, and drinks. We bring everything else — food, grill, sauces, and the show.

All services require an 8 person minimum. In-home hibachi experiences are capped at a 16 guest maximum to ensure the quality of the show.

For in-home experiences, the chef arrives 30 minutes before cook time to set up. For catering and to-go plates, food is delivered 10–15 minutes before the scheduled delivery time.

In-home experience cooking takes place outdoors only. An open garage space is also fine, but the grill cannot operate inside the home.

A 50% deposit is required for in-home experiences and catering orders, with the remainder due the day of service. Corporate to-go plates must be paid in full one day before delivery.

In-home experiences cancelled within 2 days of the service date incur a $200 fee. Catering orders cancelled within 2 days of the service date incur a $100 fee.
